My aim as your therapist is to provide you with a space that is non-judgemental, safe, warm, and accepting. As the client, you are at the centre of the therapeutic process and collaboratively we work with your challenges and enhance new ways to live a happy and more fulfilling life. I believe the quality of our relationship in paramount. I consider my personal style of therapy as evolving, integrative and creative. In responding to and supporting each client, I have drawn on the strengths of each therapy approach mentioned below in my practice.  Each approach pays particular attention to the cognitive characteristics and needs of each client. I believe that each client has within them the resources to create their own happiness.  As your therapist, I help and guide you as you access your inner compass and unique wisdom to achieve your goals and dreams and become the fully functioning person you deserve to be.
